In my opinion anime is good for little kids beacuse.

Is anime for kids. Contrary to popular belief anime is not just for kids. Anime can be plenty serious. It merely depends on the targeted audience. Not all anime is.

Shonen typically action packed or comedic on the other hand are aimed at youngteen boys around the ages of 10 18 while shoujo are anime for teenage girls. The beautiful artwork in most anime expose kids to appreciate the values of art at their early age. So how did we end up with the idea that anime isnt for adults. Anime is one of the most popular forms of television entertainment for children but you might wonder if anime is appropriate for them.

Not all animes are suitable for kids. Maybe its because in the western world animation is almost always aimed at children. What you deem appropriate for your age or the age of a child as an adult varies from person to person. If you want anime specifically for young children you may consider the komodo genre which is aimed at all young children.

In fact there are a lot of mature themes in anime you need to be an adult to understand. But certain anime like doraemon chibi maruko chan pokemon and totoro are viewable for kids younger kids age 3 to 6. However anime is the japanese equivalent of cartoons so if your kids are catching their favorite anime shows on stations such as cartoon network and nickelodeon chances are theyre probably fine.
